A flat cover image looks like a file. The same cover shown as a real book with a spine and page edges, or on a tablet screen, looks like something worth downloading. That is why lead magnets, digital guides and Kindle titles almost always launch with a mockup, and why this generator builds one for you in a few clicks.
Upload the cover you already have, or design a quick one with a title, subtitle and color set. The tool wraps it onto a book in perspective, a generic tablet, a stack of three books or a book and tablet pair, then places it on a pin with your headline and a button-style call to action. Everything is drawn in your browser. A bulk mode also builds one mockup per row of a CSV or Excel file.
Which mockup to use for which product
A 3D book suits paid ebooks, Kindle titles and workbooks, because it reads as a real product with weight. A tablet suits lead magnets and guides that people read on a screen. A stack of three says bundle or series, and the book and tablet pair works when you sell both a printable and a digital edition.
Keep the cover title large. In a mockup the cover is smaller than on its own, so a title that is easy to read at full size can turn into a blur. If the cover text is hard to read in the preview, make the pin headline carry the message instead.
Writing a pin that gets the download
The headline should name the result the reader gets, not the file type. "30 Easy Dinners for Busy Weeknights" earns more clicks than "My New Ebook". Use the label for the offer, such as Free ebook or Workbook, and the button text for the action.
Make a few versions with different mockups and backgrounds, and link each one to the same landing page. The Pinterest title generator can suggest headlines, and the description generator writes the text that goes with the pin.
