If you post advice on LinkedIn, run a coaching practice or write a consulting newsletter, you already have a library of tips. Pinterest gives those tips a second life. People search it for answers like "how to price a proposal" or "first time manager tips", save what helps them, and click through to the person behind the advice. A numbered tip pin with your face and title tells them who that person is.

This maker sets the tip in large type that resizes to fit, adds an optional detail line, and signs the pin with your headshot, name, title and website. Pick one of five professional styles, then press Next tip to move the series number along. Bulk mode turns a spreadsheet of tips into a full numbered series in one ZIP. Everything runs in your browser.

Why a numbered series works on Pinterest

A number makes one tip feel like part of a body of work. Someone who saves Tip #12 can guess there are eleven more, and a profile full of consistent, numbered pins looks like a resource worth following. Keep the same style and label across the series so the pins are recognizable in a board or a search grid.

Link each pin to the place where the advice goes deeper: the LinkedIn post that started it, a newsletter issue, a service page or a free guide. Group the series on a board named for the topic, such as "Sales tips for agency owners", so the board itself can rank in Pinterest search.

Making a whole series with bulk mode

Open bulk mode, download the template and list your tips with a Tip number, the Tip and an optional Detail. Leave the number blank and the series continues from the number in the form. Your headshot, name, style and font apply to every pin, and the ZIP includes a Pinterest bulk upload CSV with titles, boards and links.

For a single tip that needs steps rather than one sentence, use the step by step pin maker. To turn a whole LinkedIn post into a pin, try LinkedIn post to pin.

Professional Tip Pin Maker FAQ

What makes a good tip for a pin?

One specific action the reader can take today, written in a single sentence. "Send the proposal within 24 hours" works better than "Be responsive". Put the reason or an example in the detail line.

Can I use the same pin on LinkedIn?

Yes. Choose the 4:5 portrait size (1080 × 1350) or the square size for a LinkedIn image post. The 1000 × 1500 size is the standard 2:3 pin for Pinterest.

How does the Next tip button work?

It adds one to the tip number and selects the tip text, so you can type the next tip, download it and repeat. Your name, headshot and style stay the same.

Is my headshot uploaded anywhere?

No. The photo is read and drawn in your browser. Your text settings are saved in this browser so they are there next time, but the image is not stored or sent.

Can I change the label from Tip to something else?

Yes. Type any label, such as Lesson, Rule, Habit or Mistake, and it is shown in capitals with the number. Clear the number field to show the label on its own.
